MY STORY
Holistic therapies have had a place in my life for decades, as my go to for moments when I needed clarity, to be revitalised, balanced, regrounded and sometimes just to step away from the everyday for an hour or two.
When the opportunity presented itself for me to become a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner the timing was perfectly aligned with a period in my life when everything was telling me that I was ready.
TREATMENTS
Reiki / 霊気 Rei-kee /
A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words
- REI (universal life) and KI (energy).
It is a subtle and effective form of energy work that is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement.
A treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. It treats the whole person including body, mind, spirit and emotions resulting in many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It can also work in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Crystal Healing
The use of crystals and gemstones to aid better health has been around for 1000’s of years.
Placing stones on your body or in nearby places helps their energies to work in harmony with your body, helping to alleviate a host of symptom’s and improving your wellbeing.
They work with your energy field to absorb, focus and direct energies and are great as a standalone therapy or alongside other complementary therapies.
